I'm 24…is that too young to be taking the Resveratrol supplement?

By admin On April 9, 2010 Under resveratrolbenefits

I know Resveratrol has several benefits, one of them being it reverses/prevents aging. Am I too young to start taking this? Thanks.

No you are never to young.
The sooner, the better.
Resveratrol is not addictive or known to be having side effect.
Unhappily it doesn’t reverse the aging.
It’s maybe a preventer causing partial slowing in aging.

even though we are still far from developing a fully proving compound with aging slowing properties, there’s strong evidence (from animal studies) suggesting resveratrol as an antioxidant molecule with this kind of properties, however there are no clinical studies in humans supporting this theory, it’s also related with obesity and gene expression (SIRT) .

and as your question goes, there’s no recommended dose or age restriction for it in adults.

Every one starts aging from time of birth. Resveratrol is good to slow down the aging and it also has many many good things that you need for daily life. Most importantly what is important is to be vibrant, energetic, healthy skin, health blood cells and so on for life. These for everything there is one product. But you can not be buying all the products. I found Genesis which covers every need of our life. I am so satisfied and my family too. We all feel the difference now after taking it for past one month. Absolutely no side effects. You could too try if you wish. I am so happy to share with you something I know that works.
